At The Crafty hound, we love a social gathering and for 53 years, this family business had been mastering its trade to bring local customers the best in craft beers, cocktails, quality food and amazing coffee.
Situated in the historical area of Lambeg, this once hotbed of industrial craft, was also well known in years gone by for its greyhound racing, with the first dog track behind our premises here, and afterwards at Ballyskeagh!
So when people ask what’s in a name?- we like to think that ours is steeped in the local craft and canine history of Lambeg!
To the front of the of the venue lies the bar, with buttery soft leather seating, soft lighting and peacock blue touches, if you haven’t visited in a while, then it is sure to please! Behind this sits the restaurant, offering refined yet relaxed eating.
Only using the best in locally sourced ingredients, our talented team have created a delicious, seasonal menu with classic and international influences, with extensive options for all. Upstairs you will find the event space which we are extremely proud of, over 2300sq foot of entertaining space with its own separate entrance, ready to host you and your guests.
